She only got to know Odoo at syscoon, which turned out to be an advantage: she still remembers what the customer side feels like. To her, leadership isn't a side job but the actual craft.

As an Executive Financial Consultant, Anna guides companies through their accounting in Odoo, from setup to a close that holds up. She is a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalterin, Austria) and was previously Head of Finance at an all-in-one mobility partner for Europe. So she doesn't just know the consultant's side, she knows from her own experience what a finance team really needs day to day. That's exactly the perspective she brings to every project: pragmatic, structured and with the standard that numbers should not only be right at the end, but also tell a story.

Chibuzor supports customers with their accounting in Odoo and has a soft spot for the corners nobody else volunteers for: fixed asset management, spreadsheets, dashboards. A trained accountant with almost ten years of finance and ERP experience, the last few of them entirely in Odoo finance consulting. She's most satisfied when customers get more out of Odoo's accounting than they thought possible.

Marigona is a Financial Consultant and, in Odoo support, the voice that brings calm into the ticket. Business degree, financial accountant, and currently on her way to becoming a certified Bilanzbuchhalterin, because more expertise for customers never hurts. What she loves about her job is the variety: no two days share a topic, but every day has at least one technical term that has to be exactly right.

As a Functional Consultant, Dominik analyses business processes, turns them into workflows that hold up in everyday use and evaluates data for project controlling. He's happiest when a pile of data turns into a pattern and the pattern into an insight nobody had seen before. Spotting connections isn't a job for him, it's a sport.

Evelyn is a numbers person through and through: if it can be calculated, she likes it. She knows the analogue world of accounting with paper and posting stamps from her own experience, and that's exactly where she never wants to go back to. Evelyn is a Senior Financial Consultant with a controlling background in a corporate group: industrial business management assistant, business degree, SAP, later DATEV in mid-sized companies. As an Odoo newcomer she brings the fresh perspective that well-worn processes sometimes need.

Omar leads the development team at syscoon and takes Odoo projects from the first requirement all the way to code that runs reliably in production. He holds a B.Sc. in Computers and Informatics (Information Systems) and has been working with Odoo since 2017. He started on version 8 and works on version 19 today. Along the way he earned certifications in Odoo v14 Functional, ITIL Foundation and EMC Cloud Infrastructure and Services. His favourite commit is one that removes lines: Omar would rather delete code than write it, because the best fix often makes the code shorter. He goes for the right abstraction instead of over-engineering, and uses AI as a force multiplier, not as a replacement for thinking.

Maurice is a Senior Odoo Developer and works closely with the consultants to turn requirements into practical, scalable solutions. He started out as a Functional Consultant before moving into development, so he speaks both languages fluently without anything getting lost along the way. What drives him is the mix of creativity and logic hidden in every tricky problem.

As an Odoo Developer, Pushpitha builds and customises modules for local and international customers and turns what our consultants write down into working code that is still maintainable two years from now. He has worked with Odoo since version 11, has been developing since 2019 and has now arrived at 19.0, Odoo 18 certification included. What drives him is the moment a tricky requirement turns into a clean solution. On the side, he keeps an eye on what's happening in the tech world and likes bringing it into everyday work. And he likes the accounting side of Odoo, which many developers prefer to steer clear of.

Steffi is People & Culture Manager and looks after everything that makes syscoon a team, from recruiting and contracts to the topics that truly set an employer apart. Her standard: HR processes that do justice to people instead of just looking good on paper. Work and wellbeing belong together for her, which is why she rolls out the yoga mats with the whole team once a week. The maths behind it is simple: people who feel good also work well together.

Sandra has seen quite a few professional perspectives: from market research and self-employment to marketing and, finally, sales. Today, in Sales Operations, she is the interface when an enquiry turns into a concrete case. She coordinates information, prepares documents and makes sure enquiries find their way in a structured and reliable manner. Her standard: bringing order to processes, keeping an overview and developing solutions that work for everyone involved.

The designer among the accountants, Lisa makes sure our finance expertise sounds on the outside the way it is on the inside: clear, honest and a little nerdy. At syscoon she is responsible for brand, content and website and translates between people who think in charts of accounts and people who quietly close the tab at the word "consolidation". On the side, she coaches children and families as a certified resilience trainer, with the approach that strength grows from understanding, connection and trust. What works with eight-year-olds surprisingly often helps in finance projects too.
